Bopp Laminating filmThe main characteristics of TIDE PRE - GLUED OPP FILM:1.It doesn't include solvent adhesive, which can protect the printing color from changing2. The adhesive effect is superior finish & gloss, which is much better than that with the solvent adhesive3. Time saving, no need to prepare the glue beforehand4. It can also be used on the traditional lamination machine and it would not causetunneling and swellings.-Note: If need tow-side eletricity-giddycorona film, please narrate to order.Directions of using the PRE - GLUED OPP FILM:1. It can be used for lamination in a temperature range of 90°C 105°C, and the finalresult will vary with different papers and machines.2. About 70% of the max-adhesive strength can be achieved at once and themax-adhesive strength can be reached a week later.3. If creasing is needed, it is advisable to experiment with a few so as to ensure theeffects.4. The max-adhesive strength should be decided before using, and the effects willvary with different printing oil.5. We suggest the users wait for the complete dryness of the oil in order to avoiddelaminating.6.
